Fantastic hotel in a stunning location with excellent facilities. Travelled as family of 5 and family room was exceptional. We had been concerned by some of the reviews but need not have worried. The All inclusive is excellent at this resort. The only negative is the Buffet, it was not up to the expected standard and was quite poor. Food was tepid and not labelled. Mgmt need to to sort out the buffet to make this resort 5*. Overall a fabulous holiday in a great resort.

The most picturesque location with lots to do and fantastic restaurants with plenty to choose from! I have never gone back from a holiday so relaxed! It was amazing

Beautiful resort, luxury rooms, superfriendly staff and in great location! Multiple good restaurants to choose from and also loved Flipflop (the icecream shop) and the coffeebar Cacao. The hotel is close to some of the most beautiful levadas in the area!
It was really nice to relax and recover from our morninghikes at the beachbar (Voce) in the afternoon (very good cocktails:). Room was superclean, spacious and luxurious.
Using the app for reservering the restaurants was frustrating.. We would have to reserve around midnight for a booking the next day (in the morning restaurants would...

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, great service and very friendly.
The restaurant booking system. Impossible to get a reservation for any of the restaurants on property. It’s a really poor system and takes away from an otherwise exceptional experience.

The location is perfect, right at the coast with a beautiful private beach and nice view on the sea and the hills. The room is super comfortable, and brand new, the hotel is open only since last October. The all inclusive system works well, it is easy to get coctails, coffee and food. They are flexible to arrange late check out and extra water if needed.
The communication between the hotel and the guests should be developed. When any rule changes, it is accepted but has to be communicated properly to the guests regarding to the beach occupancy policy or the restaurant reservation app ...

Amazing property! Would love some more options for activities based on the amount of space they have (like paddle court, basketball etc) but all in all stellar property.
Service level was not great. Bad logistics in service, bad restaurant booking system, poor english skills of most staff. Ruined some of the experience. Yoga, childeren and training staff was good though.
